**Votre Mission**:
Vous rejoignez l’équipe Commerciale en apportant un support commercial et administratif.
**Vos Responsabilités**:
- Gérer et développer un portefeuille de clients en assurant une mission de conseil et de prospection auprès de celui-ci
- Informer la clientèle et prospect sur les services & produits, la législation ainsi que la procédure d’adhésion et de commande.
- Implémenter les campagnes de cross selling chez clients existants pour nos divers produits et effectuer le suivi
- Préparer le pricing pour validation et Suivi client
- Adapter l’opportunité dans le CRM
- Gérer la boite CRM (Inbound & Outbound)
- Participer aux réunion d’équipe & du département Sales.
**Votre Profil**:
- BAC + 2 Minimum - orientation commerciale
- Une 1èreexpérience dans une fonction commerciale est souhaitable ( stage, alternance)
- Capacité d’écoute et d’identification des besoins du client
- Esprit d’équipe : harmonisation permanente avec l’équipe Sales
- Capacité d’autonomie et d’organisation
- Bonne connaissance de l’entreprise et de son marché
- Capacité à détecter les opportunités potentielles lors des contacts téléphoniques
- Bonnes connaissances PC et software, et plus précisément Salesforce et MS Office.
- Français courant& bon niveau en **Allemand** **exigé**
