Overall support and control of the Group Digital Office (GDO) budget processes:
- Contributes to financial planning and budgeting. Collates required financial data and reports for analysis and to facilitate decision-making
- The overall financial support, control and monitoring of the GDO assets and resources used in the provision of IT services, ensuring compliance with all governance, legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assists in monitoring and maintaining all required financial records for compliance and audit to all agreed requirements. Assists all other areas of GDO with their financial tasks, especially in the areas of identification of process, service, project and component costs and the calculation and subsequent reduction of all GDO service, project, component and variance analysis.
Budget and financial control and associated reporting:
- Performance, budgeting & costing analysis
- Budget forecast and resource planning
- Control the payment of invoices and reconciliation of budgetary data.
**KNOWLEDGE**:
- Budget processes and tools,
- Budget management and monitoring,
- Microsoft Office tools (especially Word, Excel and Outlook),
- Financial systems (Business objects, PeopleSoft Financial or similar).
**COMPETENCE**:
- Monitoring the compliance of budget transactions,
- Time management (in order to ensure that all deadlines are respected and that procedures are timely executed),
- English communication (both oral and written at B2 or equivalent).
