**The Role**

This is a unique opportunity for a proactive individual to grow with a diverse team and participate in the building of a new venture from the ground up.

As a junior account manager you will be expected to provide client service support at the highest standard, and to ensure that all internal and external SLAs are met/exceeded.

You will work closely with your team to support successful client relationships and ensure that agreed objectives are delivered. A drive for excellence, strict adherence to procedure and meticulous attention to detail are core dependencies in the successful execution of this role.

This is a diverse role, and demonstrated competence in administration and workflow management is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain documentation in accordance with Client Services procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the Client Services team.
- Support internal teams to ensure the quality of all work that is delivered to the client is of the highest standard.
- Postage and stock inventory reconciliation.
- Participate in the planning and execution of client deliverables.
- Work in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders to meet/exceed all client needs and deliverables within agreed timelines.
- Data entry into various production systems.
- Assist with the creation and reconciliation of reporting requirements.
- Management of the job scheduling system for production.
- Ensure quality control practices are adhered to at all times.
- Promoting innovation and focus on value creation for the company and clients.
- Proactive problem solving and solutioning for client needs.
- To perform any other duties that may be required.
- Keep informed of the latest industry and company developments to help with personal and professional development.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a good listener and collaborator.
- Organized with a very keen attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, additional languages will be an advantage.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Experience in an administrative role or related role will be an advantage.
- Excellent working knowledge of the MS Office suite - Excel experience is a must.
- Experience of workflow systems, particularly Microsoft Navision would be considered an advantage.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Analytical mindset and a strong ability to prioritize workload.
- Out-of-the-box thinker who isn’t afraid to challenge the ‘status quo’.
- A pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
- Previous financial services and/or communications industry experience considered advantageous.
