Contract Manager Germanophone

Vous êtes passionné(e) et souhaitez intégrer un leader dans le domaine des projets d’infrastructure au Luxembourg ? Gentis recrute pour l’un de ses clients, un acteur majeur du secteur de l’ingénierie, un(e) Contract Manager prêt(e) à relever des défis ambitieux. En tant que Contract Manager, vous serez en charge de la gestion contractuelle de l'entreprise tout en jouant un rôle stratégique dans son développement commercial.
Vos principales missions incluront:
- Gestion des contrats : rédaction, analyse et commentaires sur les relations contractuelles.
- Analyse des risques : identification des enjeux et élaboration de mesures correctives.
- Gestion des réclamations : défense ou mise en avant des intérêts de l’entreprise.
- Veille réglementaire : suivi des évolutions juridiques, technologiques, et réglementaires.
- Conseil stratégique : accompagnement de la direction générale sur le développement de l’entreprise.
- Gouvernance et conformité : recommandations sur les bonnes pratiques et les processus internes.
- Activités commerciales : soutien contractuel et stratégique pour les négociations et appels d’offres.
Votre profil:
- Formation : Diplôme en droit des affaires ou administration des affaires.
- Expérience : Minimum 5 ans dans une fonction similaire.
- Langues **:Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l’allemand** ; anglais et luxembourgeois sont des atouts.
- Compétences techniques : Bonne connaissance des réglementations en marchés publics et appels d’offres.
- Qualités personnelles : Structuré(e), autonome, fiable, et doté(e) d’un esprit entrepreneurial avec une conscience aiguë des risques et des coûts.
