**ABOUT THE TEAM**
In the role as a HR Manager (f/m/d) in Luxembourg, you will be part of our global HR team at Unzer. You will be responsible for the full employee life cycle at our Office in Grevenmacher. Together with your HR colleagues, you will be involved in various HR projects, supporting us on our path of generating an exceptional employee experience and continuous HR process optimisation.
**What your work will look like**:
- Manage the full employee life cycle from onboarding (including contract preparation) to offboarding and internal customer care for HR related questions (sickness, maternity/parental leave, holidays, work certificates and much more)
- Maintenance of HR data in our HR tools and databases
- Initiate, support and ensure compliance with local regulations including legal and social security requirements
- Work in close cooperation with our Talent Acquisitions and Payroll team
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and digital solutions
- Foster continuous improvement and development of operational procedures
- Support on various local and global projects
**What you need to be successful in this role**:
- Several years of professional experience in HR management or HR operations
- First experience with Personio (HR Information System) would be ideal
- Demonstrating flexibility and quick comprehension of changing business requirements and processes
- Motivation and willingness to learn and share your knowledge with the team
- Ability to work independently and diligently in a remote team
- Good knowledge of Luxembourg labour law and experience in working with a works council would be a strong advantage
- Proficiency in written and spoken German and English

- The interview process includes a 30min intro call with a TA Partner, 60 min conversation with the team and a 45min call with your potential manager. Please note the process might alter depending on our team’s availability.
