We have an immediate opening for a:
**LEAN Coordinator**:
**Role**:
- Coaching of and providing support to teams in the implementation of LEAN
- Coordinate Continuous Improvement activities to measurable standards for follow-up
- Execution of LEAN Assessments and related reporting according to the annual assessment plan
- Facilitate Continuous Improvement activities - Management of interdisciplinary / multi-departmental teams for Focused Improvement Events / Kaizen Events / Shop Floor workshops and follow-up and related communications
- Data collection and analysis to improve business processes
- Establishes and maintains effective work relationships with Production and support groups/departments
- Providing training to affected groups or Team Members regarding LEAN tools and methods
**Profile**:
- Sufficient practical operational expertise and experience (5+ years) to have credibility at both the Shopfloor and Management levels.
- Broad exposure to and knowledge of LEAN methodologies in a manufacturing environment and advanced level in specific LEAN tools and techniques (VSM, 5S, KAMISHIBAI, KAIZEN (CONCOR - SCRA - CEDAC), TPM, PULL, Micro LO, Macro LO, etc.).
- Results focused and pragmatic.
- Analytical skills and learning ability
- Ability to interpret situations and policies at : top level and communicate downwards; shopfloor level and communicate upwards
- Excellent communication skills in English and additionally at least German or French, both German and French is a plus.
- Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work in an autonomous way
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
