Dans le cadre de son fort développement, Tikehau Investment Management va renforcer son équipe Client Service afin d'accompagner la forte croissance de l'activité à l'international.
Basé au Luxembourg et rattaché au responsable du Client Service, vous serez amené à être en contact direct avec nos clients et travaillerez étroitement avec les forces de vente. Vous participerez à la structuration de la fonction client service à l'international et serez également en interaction avec tous les autres départements du groupe.
Le département Client Service couvre l'ensemble des investisseurs des fonds de la société de gestion (Dette Privée, Immobilier, Private Equity, Capital Markets) et dans ce cadre vos principales responsabilités seront de:
- Participer au processus d'onboarding et connaissance client pour les nouveaux investisseurs ainsi que pour les investisseurs existants, notamment pour les clients internationaux et dossiers complexes
- Soutenir le fundraising en facilitant les modes d'entrée en relation, notamment par une amélioration des outils (Portail Investisseurs, parcours KYC digitalisé)
- Gérer les relations avec les dépositaires et autres parties prenantes dans le cadre du parcours client et contribuer au développement de nouveaux partenariats
- Suivre la relation client dans la durée et contribuer à la production de KPI destinés aux forces de vente et à la direction générale
- Gérer des projets Client Service et transverses
- Être dans une démarche permanente et pro-active d'amélioration de l'expérience client
- Développer d'excellentes relations de travail au sein du Client Service et également avec tous les autres départements de Tikehau, ainsi que les bureaux à l'étranger

Tikehau Investment Management will strengthen its Client Service team to support the strong growth of the business internationally.
Based in Luxembourg, you will work alongside the sales team and be in direct contact with our investors. You will report to the Head of Client Service and directly participate in structuring the client service function internationally. You will interact with all other departments within the group.
The Client Service department covers all investor types in the different business units of the group (Private Debt, Real Estate, Private Equity and Capital Markets strategies) and in this context your main responsibilities will be:
- Participate in the onboarding process for new investors as well as for existing investors, in particular for international clients and complex cases
- Support the fundraising process by facilitating the onboarding process through the improvement of available tools (Investor Portal, digital KYC)
- Establish relationships with custodians and other stakeholders throughout the client journey and contribute to the development of new partnerships
- Manage and monitor client relationships over time and provide KPIs for sales and senior management
- Strive to permanently and pro-actively enhance the client experience
- Manage Client Service related and transversal projects
- Develop excellent working relationships within Client Service and with all other Tikehau departments, in France and abroad
Profile

- Ecole de commerce ou équivalent
- 7 à 8 ans d'expérience dans des postes similaires au sein d'un Service Client ou Middle Office dans le secteur de la finance
- Dynamique, proactif et doté d'un excellent relationnel
- Très bon niveau en Excel
- Bonnes compétences analytiques
- Capacité à travailler au sein d'un environnement international en forte croissance
- Parfaite maîtrise de l'anglais (la maîtrise de l'italien est un plus)

- Business degree or equivalent
- 7 to 8 years of experience in a similar position within a Client Service or Middle Office in the finance sector
- Dynamic, proactive and with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent excel skills
- Sound analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast growing international environment
- Perfect command of English (Italian is a plus)
