Vous aviez l'habitude de préparer un pichet de café pour toute la famille ou la compagnie. Filtre, café, eau chaude et voilà. Une seule saveur et tout le monde devait s'en contenter. Ne vous méprenez pas : tout comme vous, nous aimons toujours la tasse de café filtre fumante de temps en temps. Mais en même temps, nous sommes fiers du monde des variétés de café que Nespresso a introduit depuis 1986. Et la richesse des saveurs, des machines et des accessoires disponibles aujourd'hui pour nos clients. Bien sûr, un tel choix nécessite un guide expert, qui fournit à nos clients la qualité qu'ils méritent sur tous les fronts. Et c'est Nespresso.
**Boutique Coffee Specialist (CDD 6 mois - Mi-temps 32h)**
Êtes-vous le spécialiste du café qui fait voyager les visiteurs de notre boutique? Votre expertise ne couvre pas seulement nos saveurs de café, nos machines et nos accessoires. En fait, vous êtes également un expert de l'écoute attentive des clients et de la prise en compte de leurs souhaits et de leurs besoins. Votre objectif est d'offrir aux clients l'expérience ultime du café. Et vous y parvenez en laissant le client faire lui-même l'expérience du café et en étayant cette expérience par votre histoire.
**TAKE THE CHANCE & RESPONSIBILITY**
En tant que spécialiste du café, vous serez chargé de fournir un service aux clients de la boutique Nespresso. Vous donnerez des conseils personnalisés sur le café, les machines et les accessoires et répondrez aux questions des clients. Vous devez aimer travailler dans une optique de service. Et vous devez être prêt à prendre le temps d'expliquer les choses aux clients. nLe fait que vous soyez aussi régulièrement dans la Boutique le week-end et les soirs de shopping va de soi. Après tout, ce sont les moments où nous recevons le plus d'invités dans la Boutique. Et c'est là que tu trouves ton énergie
