Inside Sales Representative Northern Europe

In a context of growth, Centreon wishes to strengthen its Northern European sales team. We are therefore looking for a motivated and talented Inside sales representative who will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Leads Qualificatio**n**:

- ** Sales Development**:

- Achieve sales objectives by leveraging product and industry knowledge
- Present and sell our software solutions and services managing the whole sales cycle from first call to closing
- Identify potential growth opportunities by managing client expectations using persuasive sales techniques to upsell and cross sell
- Document and update all activities and exchanges with prospects within Salesforce for pipeline management
- Collect clients’ feedback in order to actively participate in product development and process improvement initiatives
- Edit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports

**What do we expect?**
- 2 years in sales experience preferably in the IT Industry
- Show strong aptitude for sales
- Results driven mindset
- Ability to maintain high Customer Relationship
- A tenacious attitude with a high degree of self-motivation
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Able to work independently as well as on a team
- Proficiency in English & French mandatory and any other European language is considered a plus ( like Dutch)
