Fondée en 1856, la Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL) est la plus ancienne banque universelle du Grand-Duché. Depuis sa création, elle joue un rôle actif dans les principales phases du développement de l'économie luxembourgeoise. Elle exerce aujourd'hui les métiers de banque de détail, banque privée et banque des entreprises et participe aux marchés de capitaux. Avec plus de 2.000 collaborateurs, la Banque est présente au Luxembourg, en Suisse et en Chine.
Acteur majeur de la place financière luxembourgeoise et signataire des « Principles for Responsible Banking » de l'UNEP FI (United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative), la BIL s'engage pour la construction d'une économie durable.
**Vos responsabilités**:
Conseiller, fidéliser, et développer un fonds de commerce spécifique moyennant une démarche proactive et un suivi actif et personnalisé en matière de placements.
Renseigner le client sur les produits et services de la banque, conseiller le client sur les investissements les plus adéquats en fonction de son profil et de ses besoins afin de lui apporter le support nécessaire avec qualité et confiance.
Faire intervenir les experts pour les ventes-clés (grâce à une culture générale des produits de la banque).
Faire évoluer le fonds de commerce existant et le faire évoluer moyennant accrochage et démarchage d'une clientèle potentielle dans le respect des procédures internes et des intérêts globaux de la banque.
Moyennant des échanges réguliers et des discours pointus, acquérir un maximum d'informations sur la situation globale du client, sa famille, son entourage, ses habitudes, ses loisirs, ses projets, etc. dans le but de pouvoir identifier et saisir les opportunités et le cas échéant upstreamer le client vers les segments supérieurs.
Gérer des dossiers plus complexes (clients plus fortunés, produits d'investissement plus complexes).
Exercer son rôle de coach et partager ses connaissances techniques avec les collègues moins expérimentés.
Etre ambassadeur de la banque.
**Vos compétences**:
S'informer sans cesse sur l'évolution des marchés financiers ainsi que la vie économique en local afin de pouvoir optimiser la qualité de service offerte au client (pertinence des produits offerts, proactivité contextuelle, etc.)
Se tenir au courant de l'évolution des marchés financiers et s'assurer que la stratégie de placement de la banque est correctement mise en œuvre.
Aligner les besoins du client à la stratégie d'investissement de la banque.
Se renseigner de manière continue sur l'évolution du cadre juridique et fiscal global (et de son marché spécifique en particulier) ainsi que sur les produits, les services offerts par la concurrence.
Fournir des conseils sur les marchés financiers et les investissements recommandés conformément aux recommandations de BIL IM et aux exigences MIFID.
Au sein de son team, contribuer à la bonne collaboration et organisation du team de manière à assurer en permanence un encadrement efficient de la clientèle, et ainsi permettre d'atteindre les objectifs individuels et du team.
S'adjoindre les services de support sur le plan administratif (Middle Office) afin de pouvoir consacrer un maximum de temps au contact direct avec le client.
