Luxembourg House of Training Temps plein

Créée en 2015 par la Chambre de Commerce et l’Association des Banques et Banquiers Luxembourg (ABBL), la House of Training a pour vocation et mission principale de proposer une offre de formation professionnelle continue multisectorielle en réponse aux besoins en compétences actuels et futurs de l’économie luxembourgeoise. Elle propose des formations sur mesure et une offre catalogue de plus de 1.400 formations se déclinant en 4 catégories et couvrant 21 domaines d’activités.

Partenaire de référence en matière de formation professionnelle continue, la House of Training accompagne et conseille les entreprises, leurs dirigeants et leurs collaborateurs dans le développement de leurs compétences et connaissances pour ainsi les préparer au mieux aux défis et opportunités de l’avenir.

L’équipe pluridisciplinaire de la House of Training compte aujourd’hui 50 employés.

Afin de renforcer son équipe, la House of Training recrute un(e):
**Head of Manufacturing&Services skills (M/F/X)**

**A temps plein et à durée indéterminée**

Vous intégrez le Management Committee de la House of Training pour piloter le département Manufacturing & Services ainsi qu’une équipe expérimentée et dynamique de conseillers en formation, dont la mission principale est de construire, coordonner et promouvoir une offre de Formation Professionnelle Continue adaptée aux besoins actuels et futurs des secteurs Manufacturing & Services.

Le service Manufacturing&Services prend en charge plusieurs domaines de formation, notamment Architecture, Commerce, HORESCA, Immobilier, Industrie, Santé et Sécurité au Travail et Transport.

**VOS PROCHAINES MISSIONS**S**

Ces dernières s’articulent autour des axes principaux suivants:
**1. Développement commercial**:

- Identifier et analyser les besoins en compétences des secteurs Manufacturing & Services pour définir une stratégie commerciale sectorielle ;
- Faire évoluer le portefeuille de clients existant et renforcer la notoriété sur les secteurs ;
- Conseiller et accompagner les entreprises et développer des partenariats sectoriels dans le domaine de la Formation Professionnelle Continue.

**2. Développement et gestion des programmes de formation**:

- Être garant de la performance du service en élaborant et monitorant le budget annuel ainsi que la rentabilité liée et le suivi des activités ;
- Développer des programmes de formations sectoriels en accord avec les besoins en compétences du secteur ;
- Assurer la gestion opérationnelle d’un ou deux domaines de formation.

**3. Management d’équipe**
- Gérer et accompagner une équipe de conseillers en formation pour développer l’offre de formation, assurer l’atteinte des objectifs fixés et instaurer une relation de confiance ;
- Contribuer au développement personnel et à la montée en compétences des membres de l’équipe en les accompagnant avec exemplarité, cohésion et engagement.

**4. En tant que membre du Management Committee**:

- Participer activement aux projets d’amélioration continue de la House of Training en adoptant un leadership de transformation ;
- Participer au déploiement des Indicateurs de performance ;
- Contribuer au déploiement opérationnel de la stratégie de la House of Training.

**VOTRE PROFIL**
- Vous disposez d’un diplôme de type Master;
- Vous avez une éxpérience réussie dans le pilotage managérial, commercial et pédagogique d’un service dédié à la Formation Professionnelle Continue, d’une unité en lien avec les thématiques de l’emploi ou bien d’un des secteurs d’activités de prédilection du service Manufacturing&Services;
- Vous possédez d’excellentes connaissances en matière d’ingénierie pédagogique;
- Vous avez une excellente culture socio-économique et une bonne compréhension des enjeux des acteurs économiques du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg;
- Vous disposez d’excellentes qualités organisationnelles et de communication ;
- Vous disposez d’excellentes facultés d’expression écrite et orale des langues française et anglaise ;
- La connaissance des langues luxembourgeoise et allemande est un véritable atout.
