MISSIONS

En tant que **Bid Manager **vous aurez les responsabilités de:
**Veille et sélection des appels d’offres**:

- Anticiper les besoins des marchés,
- Consulter quotidiennement les sources de publication des appels d’offres privés et publics,
- Sélectionner et préqualifier les consultations,
- Assurer les relations avec les services impliqués : commercial, marketing, technique, administratif, juridique.

**Réponse aux AO**:

- Préparer les argumentaires pour les dossiers qualifiés,
- Rédiger la partie administrative des réponses aux appels d’offres, vérifier leur parfaite adéquation à l’ensemble des exigences du cahier des charges,

**Soumission des dossiers et suivi des marchés**:

- Vérifier la parfaite conformité des dossiers,
- Suivre les décisions d’adjudication, relancer les commanditaires, utiliser les recours éventuels.
- Gérer les contractualisations, les reconductions et prolongations de marché.
- Renseigner les tableaux de bord, intégrer les pièces contractuelles, techniques, budgétaires dans la base de données documentaires

**CANDIDAT RECHERCHÉ : VOUS **

Vous justifiez d'une formation diplômante avec une réelle appétence pour le digital ;
- Excellentes compétences en rédaction et en communication ;
- Capacité à écrire sur des concepts techniques complexes dans un langage facile à comprendre ;
- Excellente connaissance (écrite et parlée) du français. L’anglais est un atout.
- Vous avez le sens du service et du travail en équipe ;
- Vous êtes structuré et organisé.
