Implanté au Luxembourg et plus précisément à Rodange, RH Lab. est un cabinet de solutions en Ressources Humaines. Nous proposons de répondre aux besoins stratégiques et opérationnelles des décideurs et DRH, dans la gestion quotidienne et ponctuelle de leur capital humain. Nous intervenons dans différentes entreprises afin de mettre à disposition nos compétences de spécialistes RH.

**Les missions**:

- Vous êtes un(e) généraliste RH en charge de la mise en œuvre de projets RH, de plan de structuration de département RH, de gestion de la paie et toutes autres missions RH pour nos clients.
- En tant que Consultant RH, vous avez un rôle de support et de conseils auprès de nos clients.
- Vous savez vous adapter aux besoins spécifiques de nos clients en vue de leur communiquer les risques encourus et de leur proposer des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins.
- Vous entretenez des relations avec les partenaires sociaux.
- Vous êtes doté de compétences analytiques : diagnostique RH, analyse et proposition d’actions correctives, tableaux de bord
- Les meilleures pratiques RH n’ont pas de secret pour vous.
- Vous êtes capables de gérer plusieurs missions à temps partagé simultanément, tant au Luxembourg, qu'en France.
- Vous êtes capable d’intervenir en renfort ou en remplacement de personnel RH au sein de TPE, PME ou de groupes avec une organisation matricielle (en silo).
- Vous assurez une veille juridique en droit du travail luxembourgeois et français.
- Vous actualisez et délivrez des formations dans les domaines RH.

**Le profil recherché**:

- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un master en RH et êtes fort(e) d’une expérience significative et reconnue au Luxembourg et en France.
- Vous maîtrisez le droit du travail luxembourgeois, français ainsi que la gestion de la paie (idéalement sur Keypaye).
- Vous avez une excellente maitrise du Pack Office.
- Vous maitrisez le français et l’anglais (B2 min). Tout autre langue constitue un atout.
- Vous aimez la polyvalence et le changement et vous savez vous adapter aux clients et aux difficultés du métier de la GRH.
- Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se), flexible, à l’écoute, autonome et proactif(ve)
