- Luxembourg- We are now looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to join the Welcome to SEB team in Luxembourg.- The overall ambition for SEB in Luxembourg is to excel as SEB’s cross-border centre of excellence for private and institutional customers, while staying relevant in a continuously changing customer behaviour and regulatory environment. We strive to deliver world-class service by strengthening the customer experience, growing our international customer base, and transforming the way we operate to secure a profitable future business.- In addition, we have an extensive growth agenda, where one major initiative is to build up a global Client Lifecycle Management function for client onboarding and reviews during the ongoing client relationship.- The team Welcome to SEB delivers vital services for onboarding of new clients and periodical reviews of existing clients. The ambition is high; beyond ensuring regulatory compliance and process efficiency we wish to create a world-class client experience through a one-of-a-kind “Welcome to SEB” experience.**What you will be doing**
- In SEB Luxembourg we cater for our Home Market clients living or having business abroad. As a part of the Welcome to SEB team you will take active part in the continued development of our service concept as well as being part of a high performing and service minded team. Some of the daily activities will include the following:
- Proactively contacting clients for onboarding and AML related matters including collecting, providing guidance and analysis of documentation received from clients
- Delivering a seamless onboarding experience for clients in close collaboration with the Coverage team and other internal stakeholders
- Being the expert in AML/KYC and other regulatory needs related to onboarding and performing related tasks
- Performing periodic AML/KYC reviews for existing clients including collecting, analysing and processing information provided by clients in an efficient and professional manner
- Taking active part in driving efficiency gains and digitalisation
- Being responsible for the correctness and input in the main banking system including the storage and data readiness of the clients.

**To thrive in this role, we believe you have**

***- In addition to the above, you possess the following qualities:
- At least 2 to 5 years of working experience, ideally within client onboarding/KYC, Private Banking or Compliance
- Preferably a bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Good knowledge of KYC and the regulatory framework
- Structured approach to work and solution oriented
- High level of integrity and good judgment
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Good team spirit, ability to work autonomously and to take initiative
- Very good analytical and problem-solving skills as well as critical advice capability,
- Pragmatic mindset
- Great communication skills and fluency in English, both in written and in spoken, a Nordic language is considered an advantage.
