**About the Team & Business Line**:
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
**About You**:
- You are a Graduate in business and/or corporate law.
- 2 years relevant experience, preferably in Private Equity/Real Estate asset class administration in a similar role.
- Willing to further develop company law knowledge.
- Highly organized and accurate, self-motivated and eager to take ownership of your portfolio of clients.
- Work effectively within a team, as well as, individually.
- Client focused, service-minded and showing a dynamic attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - fluent level of English (French / German would definitely be a valuable asset).

**Your Role**:
- You will assist the Senior Corporate Officer on all legal and corporate matters for client companies, from company incorporation through to dissolution - in particular, you will assist the team with closing transactions, the preparation of various documents, maintaining statutory records, the good keeping of the company client files - in accordance with agreed deadlines
- Communicate with clients, advisors, lawyers, notaries, other professionals, government institutions and other Citco offices worldwide.
- Servicing periodic board meetings of client companies. You will be involved in preparation of agendas, minute taking and circulation; pursuing matters arising as appropriate.
- Statutory responsibilities including filing reports, accounts and any statutory notifications.
- File legal and other documents and maintain Citco’s electronic databases.
- Involved in data input and maintenance of client databases.
- Involved in liaising with the various stakeholders to ensure KYC is complete and maintained.
- Ad hoc assignments might be involved.
