The Department of the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance of the University of Luxembourg is looking for a Postdoctoral researcher to conduct research in the business and management field.

The postdoctoral researcher will be working under the supervision of Professor Denise Fletcher.

**Your Role...**:
The Postdoctoral Researcher will be responsible for:

- Publication of articles in scientific articles and contributions to conferences in the management field.
- Assisting with curriculum design, teaching activities, (one to three hours a week), and contribute to tutoring students.

**Qualifications...**:

- Proven ability to autonomously conduct research at a post-doctoral level
- A strong interest in organization theory from the point of view of entrepreneurship, business ethics, innovation, business strategy, critical management, corporate social responsibility and/or sustainability.
- An understanding of qualitative research methodologies that involve some of the following: discourse analysis, narrative, semiotics, conversation analysis, content and text-based analysis, ethnography, participant observation, grounded theory and case study work which, amongst other things, emphasis contextual sensitivity, ethical issues, holistic perspectives and understandings of organizational phenomena as in process
- Good IT skills (including MAXQDA, or NVivo)
- Proven ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- Have the linguistic skills to evolve in a multilingual environment: fluency in either English or French, good understanding of the second language and possibly a third language, German in particular, will be considered an advantage
- Excellent communication and writing skills
