**Your Role...**
The postdoctoral researcher will be working under the supervision of Professor Denise Fletcher.
The Postdoctoral Researcher will be responsible for:
- Publication of articles in scientific articles and contributions to conferences in the management field
- Assisting with curriculum design, teaching activities, (one to three hours a week), and contribute to tutoring students
**Qualifications...**
- Proven ability to autonomously conduct research at a post-doctoral level
- A strong interest in organization theory from the point of view of socially responsible management and entrepreneurship, business ethics, critical management, or sustainability
- An understanding of qualitative research methodologies that involve some of the following: discourse analysis, narrative, semiotics, conversation analysis, content and text-based analysis, ethnography, participant observation, grounded theory and case study work which, amongst other things, emphasis contextual sensitivity, ethical issues, holistic perspectives and understandings of organizational phenomena as ‘in process’
- Good IT skills (including MAXQDA, or NVivo)
- Proven ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- Have the linguistic skills to evolve in a multilingual environment: fluency in either English or French, good understanding of the second language and possibly a third language, German in particular, will be considered an advantage
- Excellent communication and writing skills
