**Spuerkeess recherche activement un Structured Products and Derivatives Settlement Officer pour renforcer son service Financial Markets Operations & Network**

**Vos missions**
- Comptabiliser les exécutions de divers produits dérivés listés et structurés transmis par la Salle de Marchés. Gérer toutes les échéances tout au long de leur cycle de vie (gestion des flux journaliers, gestion journalière des appels de marge sur futures,)
- Comptabiliser les exécutions d’achats / ventes d’obligations et SFT (repos, reverse repos, triparty repos,) pour le compte propre de la Banque, assurer le suivi du settlement et gérer le cycle de vie des deals (comptabilisation coupons, traitement des OST, liquidations partielles ou totales,)
- Gérer les émissions à court terme effectuées dans le cadre des Programmes ECP et USCP de la Banque (comptabilisation des transactions ainsi que le suivi du dénouement, paiements aux ICSD,)
- Gérer les émissions à moyen et long terme effectuées dans le cadre du Programmes EMTN de la Banque (Final Terms en collaboration avec la Salle de Marchés, suivi de la comptabilisation et du dénouement des transactions, calcul des coupons, paiements aux ICSD,)

**Vos responsabilités**
- Faire preuve d’attitudes collégiales et partager les informations à disposition pour permettre à ses collègues de réaliser le travail
- Présenter les informations disponibles et de manière adaptée à ses interlocuteurs
- Démontrer un engagement pour réaliser les tâches en temps et en qualité et accepter de se remettre en question pour accroitre son efficacité
- Communiquer régulièrement pour informer ses responsables de l’avancé du travail, d’éventuels retards ou blocages et s’adapter aux instructions de fixation de priorités
- Utiliser les moyens mis à dispositions par la Banque pour exécuter les tâches en suivant les règles et les procédures en vigueur
- Respecter les instructions de ses responsables tout en apportant un esprit de critique constructive quant à leur pertinence
- Connaitre et respecter le code de conduite et les règlements en matière RH de la Banque
- Adopter une attitude collaborative avec ses interlocuteurs professionnels et démontrer de la volonté de les soutenir dans la réalisation de leur mission ou projets
- S’inscrire dans une approche « client centric », faisant de la satisfaction des clients une priorité
- Démontrer une ouverture d’esprit face au changement et s’adapter à l’évolution de la Banque
- Faire preuve de respect et d’intégrité envers soi et les autres
- S’adapter à la politique de gestion des risques de la Banque

**Qualifications requises**
- Titulaire d'un BAC ou Bachelor
- Une première expérience professionnelle constitue un avantage
- Maîtrise de la langue française et anglaise ; la connaissance de la langue luxembourgeoise constitue un avantage

**Compétences techniques**

L’acquisition de ces compétences peut, sur base de prédispositions d’apprentissage démontrées, être effectuée par l’encadrement et la formation proposée par la Banque au cours de la prise de fonction et la période d’intégration.
