Nous recherchons un Regulatory Officer ayant au moins 2 ans d'expérience pour une mission chez l'un de nos clients, une grande banque au Luxembourg.

Compétences techniques :

- Connaissances réglementaires dans les services d'investissement (par exemple, MiFIR/MiFID, Abus de marché, EMIR, etc.) fortement recommandées.
- Connaissance des caractéristiques et du fonctionnement des principaux instruments financiers (par exemple, actions, obligations, fonds, ETDs, dérivés OTC, etc.) et des marchés réglementés.
- Compétences en interprétation des lois et des exigences réglementaires.
- Capacité à surveiller et à tenir à jour les registres de conformité.
- Aptitude à rédiger des rapports ou des présentations pour les organes de direction et les autorités réglementaires.
- Compréhension du fonctionnement des macro-processus de conformité (c'est-à-dire l'alignement réglementaire, le conseil et l'assurance) et du cadre réglementaire interne de la banque (c'est-à-dire politiques, procédures, processus).
- Expertise en trading d'instruments financiers ou en surveillance des transactions suspectes d'abus de marché serait un atout.
