Sofitel Luxembourg Europe - Food & Beverage Manager (F/H)

Vos responsabilités :

  • Est exemplaire dans sa manière d'être, de faire (management), il incarne l'état d'esprit de la marque.
  • Manage, motive et organise ses équipes afin d'optimiser la qualité et la créativité des prestations de la restauration dans le respect des standards de la marque, il est force de proposition.
  • Participe à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de l'hôtel dans son département
  • Est présent dans les espaces publics de l'hôtel afin de rencontrer les clients au quotidien et de gérer les tâches des membres des équipes conformément aux exigences commerciales dans tous les aspects de l'exploitation de l'hôtel
  • Véhicule l'image et l'ambiance de l'hôtel par son accueil chaleureux et convivial, sa présence régulière sur le terrain et sa disponibilité
  • Développe les compétences de ses collaborateurs et les accompagne dans leur évolution professionnelle
  • Gère et motive les équipes pour améliorer les ventes, les résultats et la qualité au sein de l'hôtel
  • Participe au développement du résultat de son département en optimisant la vente, la gestion des points de vente (petit-déjeuner, restaurant, bar, room-service 24/24...)

Votre profil :

  • Sens du détail
  • Orienté vers la qualité du service
  • Langues : Français et Anglais impératif, une 3ème langue sera un atout
  • Flexibilité pour travailler sur une liste tournante de 7 jours, y compris les week-ends et jours fériés.
  • Esprit d'équipe, approche rigoureuse et organisée
  • Solide expérience professionnelle avec une connaissance parfaite des métiers de la restauration et du management d'équipe – Du BTS à la Licence Hôtellerie-restauration ou école de management hôtelier
  • Maîtrise de l'environnement informatique
