Intern - Learning Officer

Arendt & Medernach is the leading independent business law firm in Luxembourg, with a team of over 450 legal professionals.

At Arendt & Medernach, we provide specialized advice to clients in all aspects of Luxembourg business law, serving both local and international clients.

We are currently seeking an Intern - Learning Officer to join our team in Luxembourg.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage the training calendar, organize training courses, and schedule learning sessions
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for training logistics
  • Prepare training rooms and materials for both in-person and virtual sessions
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with policies
  • Collect and analyze feedback for continuous improvement
  • Generate reports on training activities and outcomes
  • Administer the Learning Management System and oversee training data
  • Handle invoicing and payment processes
Your Qualifications:
  • Currently studying Business Management, Administration, or Human Resources
  • Fluency in French and English, written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
