We are in search of an experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate various projects that will bring fresh perspectives to our organization. The selected candidate will lead programs from start to finish, identify and solve issues, and manage risks that may arise during the program lifecycle.

Your future team:

The Audit Operations team plays a crucial role in our 800 professionals audit department and works towards ensuring the alignment of our internal processes for operational excellence. We focus on optimizing all processes related to Audit & Assurance engagements, aiming for the highest quality and efficiency standards through appropriate technology deployment, leveraging real-time data, and ensuring compliance with requirements.

We are looking for a dynamic Program Manager to join our team and spearhead project success and the growth of our audit operations. Our diverse team includes audit professionals, quality experts, technology specialists, and project managers, creating a vibrant and innovative environment.

Your next challenge:

This position demands strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Define strategic operations programs within the Audit Operations Steering Committee, plan and ensure the execution of these programs:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive programs incorporating innovation, manage long-term audit strategy goals, and track project progress for successful completion.
    • Identify potential risks, create mitigation strategies, and offer valuable insights for enhancing existing processes and workflows.
    • Provide regular updates on the above to the Audit Operations Steering Committee and senior management in the Audit department.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments on large-scale projects, effectively communicating with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
  • Engage in the continuous growth and enhancement of our audit operations, fostering a culture of continual learning and innovation

Your skills:

  • You hold a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, etc
  • You have a minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in project management.
  • You have a proven track record in executing projects with high-quality standards, as well as managing and coaching teams.
  • You have demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams.
  • You can build consensus and form strong relationships.
  • You are thorough, independent, and focused on change management.
  • You possess excellent communication skills.
  • Full proficiency in English is a must. Knowledge of French is a bonus.
