IT Project Manager for our internal services

You will be part of a team of project managers specializing in internal projects across the organization to deliver innovative technological solutions. The IT Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the team's tasks and results, ensuring they are completed within schedule, budget, and in line with the client's strategic objectives. Acting as a bridge between clients and the internal delivery team, the Manager ensures alignment with the IT department's vision and goals.
Your next challenge- Cultivate high-performing individuals and teams through engaging opportunities
- Provide exceptional client service, fostering excellence among team members
- Lead by example and nurture strong professional relationships
- Grasp key goals of our internal clients; align individuals with objectives and establish priorities
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling internal and external communications effectively
- Serve as a mediator between the client and the delivery team to ensure clear communication of goals and actionable tasks
- Create timelines and conduct meetings for the delivery team
- Regularly report on budget monitoring and profitability, addressing scope creep, budget excesses, and efficiency concerns
- Ability to forecast and manage resources based on project requirements
- Apply project management methodologies as per Deloitte's governance standards
- Hold 5-10 years of relevant project management experience, particularly in digital and technology projects
- Demonstrate strong client management and relationship-building abilities
- Experience in collaborating with diverse technical and business teams
- Manage multiple projects and programs effectively
- Lead senior management committees and drive decision-making processes
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders
- Easily grasp business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Work autonomously within a team setting
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies and ITIL procedures
- Experience with collaboration tools like Teams, Skype, Zoom
- Proficient in MS Office applications and planning tools
- Certifications in Project Management, Business Analysis, Service Management, Architecture, IT Frameworks, and technical expertise are advantageous
