Our partner, a global law firm freshly implanted in Luxembourg, is currently looking to grow its Corporate M&A department with a Mid-level Associate Corporate. Renowned locally and abroad, this prestigious firm will allow you to build a strong professional network by being in contact with associates from all across Europe, the United States and even Asia. As a result, you will also be surrounded by highly skilled colleagues and Partners, who all have the same objective : Maintaining the high standards of quality of the firm, and becoming a key player in Luxembourg.

Your Responsibilities | Associate Corporate – Lawyer – Corporate Law – Global Law Firm
- You will be asked to advise your private equity clients regarding their entities' lifecycle. For instance, you will assist them on incorporation, liquidations or restructuring processes. This also includes transactions such as mergers and acquisitions.
- You will intervene during the preparation and the draft of needed legal documents for your clients such as articles of association, POAs, change of directors, status or memoranda.
- Additionally, you will be involved in conducting legal monitoring to keep your knowledge up to date in terms of applicable laws and regulations on the Luxembourgish market.
Profile and Career Path | Associate Corporate – Lawyer – Corporate Law – Global Law Firm
- We are looking for a candidate who has at least 2-3 years of experience as an Associate Corporate/M&A in a Law firm in Luxembourg. Experience in international firms are seen as a strong asset.
- For this position, you should be fluent in English since it is the main business language internally and externally.
- Ideally, you have previously had the chance to work with Private Equity clients and you are willing to deepen your technical skills on this level.
