Nous accompagnons aujourd'hui un cabinet d'avocat international à la renommée incontestable. Crée il y a une dizaine d'années, cette structure dispose d'une large clientèle prestigieuse aux dossiers complexes et variés permettant à ses avocats de ne jamais s'ennuyer.
Du fait de cette attractivité, notre client souhaite renforcer ses équipes avec un Senior Associate spécialisé en Corporate M&A.
En saisissant cette opportunité vous aurez le privilège d'intégrer un cabinet bien développé en Europe mais également présent partout dans le monde. Cela s'explique par le niveau d'expertise au sein du cabinet mais également par le grand nombre de services proposés tels que le droit Corporate M&A, le droit Bancaire et Financer, le droit des Fonds d'Investissement, le Droit du Travail et le droit Immobilier.
Connu pour être un cabinet formateur, les Associés ont pour habitude d'être disponibles et à l'écoute de tous les membres de leur équipe qu'ils soient juniors, Mid-Level ou encore Senior. Vous noterez également qu'en parallèle de la formation, le cabinet propose une importante possibilité d'évoluer au sein de la structure.
Vos responsabilités | Law – Legal – Law firm – Avocat – Cabinet d'Avocats
- Vous devrez assurer vos rendez-vous clients en autonomie afin de répondre à leurs demandes ainsi que les conseiller dans leurs dossiers.
- Vous serez responsable des transactions incluant des fusions, acquisitions, restructurations et liquidations.
- Vous serez amené à rédiger et revoir différents types de documentation légale tels que des contrats.
- Effectuer des recherches juridiques ainsi que de la veille juridique feront partie de votre quotidien.
Profil et parcours | Law – Legal – Law firm – Avocat – Cabinet d'Avocats
- Vous avez au moins 4 ans d'expérience au sein d'un cabinet et vous êtes spécialisé en Droit des sociétés/Fusions et Acquisitions. Cela vous permettra d'être agile comme un poisson dans l'eau au sein de votre nouvel environnement.
- Vous vous considérez comme quelqu'un de proactif, plein d'ambition et ayant toujours envie d'apprendre de nouvelles choses de sorte à toujours être au courant des actualités juridiques.
- Vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais, vous ne rencontrerez alors aucune difficulté à échanger tant avec votre clientèle que vos collègues internationaux. L'allemand constitut un atout considérable.
- Vous avez à cœur de trouver des solutions aux différentes problématiques que vous seriez susceptible de rencontrer afin de satisfaire un maximum vos clients.

- Vous bénéficierez d'un salaire attractif pouvant atteindre 130 000€ brut/an ainsi que d'un bonus discrétionnaire vous permettant de vous offrir un rythme de vie confortable.
- Vous pourrez profiter pleinement de vos voyages et/ou projets personnels grâce aux 27 jours de congés par an mis en place par le cabinet.
- Vous n'aurez plus à vous inquiéter quant à la réalisation de vos souhaits d'évolution car, si tel est votre envie, notre client vous offre une large possibilité d'évolution et vous pourrez, à terme devenir Counsel ou même Partner.
