Financial Markets Services-FX&MM Services Officer
ING Luxembourg recherche un(e) Financial Markets Services-FX&MM Services Officer au sein du département Securities and Financial Markets Services afin de renforcer ses équipes opérationnelles, pour un contrat à durée determinée de 6 mois.
La mission du desk Financial Markets Services–FX&MM Services d'ING Luxembourg - composé de 5 collaborateurs- est d'assurer le support opérationnel de notre salle des marchés basée à Luxembourg. En plus de cette mission de support, l'équipe assure la gestion de la trésorerie de la Banque en euro et en devises. L'équipe est ainsi en charge d'assurer la gestion opérationnelle des transactions de change et de Money Market et centralise le suivi de trésorerie en s'assurant que la banque dispose des liquidités nécessaires pour son fonctionnement.
Description de la fonction :
En tant que Financial Markets Services-FX&MM Services Officer vos missions consisteront à :
- Prendre en charge la liquidité intraday de la banque en binôme avec un autre collaborateur ;
- Prendre en charge la gestion du Collateral Management (suivi et traitement des appels de marge et des intérêts mensuels inhérents) ;
- Prendre en charge la réconciliation de la position de change et le contrôle du résultat de change quotidiens ;
- Participer à la gestion opérationnelle des transactions de change et de Money Market conclues par la salle des marchés (contrôle, validation et paiements) ;
- Assurer le suivi de différentes tâches liées aux précédentes (justifications des intérêts sur nostri, préparation et encodage de diverses opérations annexes, effectuer les contrôles essentiels, etc.).
La fonction demande une présence matinale (7h30) et des horaires étendus certains jours. En contrepartie, elle offre une flexibilité des horaires les autres jours.
Ce poste offre une opportunité d'appréhender les mécanismes opérationnels des marchés financiers internationaux de gré à gré et d'entrer en contact avec des banques du monde entier.
Votre profil :
Connaissances et expériences :
- Formation niveau min. Bac+3/4 en finance ou économie ou équivalent ;
- Expérience professionnelle de 3 ans minimum dans une fonction support ou back-office bancaire spécifiquement dans le liquidity management et les transactions FX et MM ;
- Des connaissances en comptabilité bancaire et en moyens de paiements bancaires (Swift MT1xx, MT2xx, MT3xx et nouveaux standards MX) sont fortement appréciées.
Compétences :
- L'esprit d'analyse, la rigueur intellectuelle, l'implication, la réactivité, la proactivité et des qualités d'organisation sont indispensables ;
- Une attention particulière sera portée à la capacité à analyser une situation et à prendre une décision dans un délai court et dans le respect des règles de marchés et du Groupe ING ;
- La capacité à travailler seul comme en équipe, la résistance au stress, la flexibilité, l'adaptabilité tout comme la sensibilisation aux risques sont des qualités essentielles ;
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques courants (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint) appréciée ;
- Langues : maîtrise orale et écrite du français et très solides connaissances en anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral indispensables.
