Join an international team supporting Nordea clients We're hiring a Transfer Agency administrator to be part of our Distribution Service team at Nordea Asset Management (NAM). NAM is the leading asset manager in the Nordics with a vision of becoming a top European Asset Manager.
About this opportunity
Welcome to the Distribution Services Team where we prioritize doing what's right over what's allowed. As the TA Business Expert, you'll collaborate with the Business Team and various Stakeholders within and outside of Nordea.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide guidance and technical support for TA daily activities.
- Enhance processes and handle development requests with system provider.
- Liaise with the system provider for monthly follow-ups on defects and developments.
- Manage and clean up data.
- Monitor and maintain systems.
- Participate in testing and support activities.
- Assist in data extraction.
- Work on automating processes.
- Engage in testing and implementing new initiatives, processes, procedures, and tools.
- Review contracts with vendors.
- Stay updated on industry initiatives, especially in Transfer Agency.
- Provide support and training to colleagues.
- Act as a point of expertise for all technical TA matters.

Your experience and background:
- Over 10 years of experience with MFGI 5.94 (Multifonds Global Investor).
- Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, Python, Linux, and Windows servers.
- Familiarity with Multifonds tool and data structures.
- Extensive experience with Alternatives Funds and NSCC (US Broker platform).
- Master's degree or equivalent.
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
