The majority of BIL's 2,000 employees work at the headquarters in Luxembourg City – this centralized setup promotes swift, agile decision-making and short reporting lines, enabling BIL to offer clients innovative solutions for their changing needs. BIL is recognized as systemically important by the European Central Bank.
BIL has dedicated wealth management offices in Switzerland as well as trading floors in Luxembourg and Zurich. In addition, BIL Group subsidiaries in Luxembourg offer specialized services: Belair House (family office and investment management), BIL Manage Invest (alternative fund management) and BIL Lease (leasing solutions).
The Luxembourgish Government holds a 10% stake in BIL, thereby further strengthening the strategic position of the bank. The remaining 90% of BIL are owned by the Chinese investment group Legend Holdings who are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and founded the Lenovo Group. Acteur majeur de la place financière luxembourgeoise et signataire des « Principles for Responsible Banking » de l'UNEP FI (United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative), la BIL s'engage pour la construction d'une économie durable.
Vous rejoindrez l'équipe « Contrôle de gestion - Production du Résultat » au sein du département financier.
Vos responsabilités :
* Effectuer les clôtures mensuelles de l'entité luxembourgeoise et des filiales au sein du CDG
* Analyser les résultats, identifier et comprendre les variations
* Passer des écritures extra-comptables (lissages, provisions, etc) afin d'ajuster le P&L
* Effectuer la ventilation des revenus par business line en lien avec l'équipe Business Analysis
* Passer les écritures de consolidation au niveau BIL Group
* Assurer la réconciliation des chiffres du Contrôle de Gestion avec la comptabilité au niveau Luxembourg et BIL Group
* Participer à l'élaboration du budget et du forecast et de leur suivi
* Collaborer aux projets au sein du département et à leur mise en place
Vos compétences :
* BAC+5 et/ou vous pouvez justifier d'une expérience de minimum 4 ans dans un rôle similaire
* Vous disposez d'un excellent niveau de français et d'anglais.
* Vous maîtrisez Excel (utilisation avancée des fonctions, création de tableaux croisés dynamiques, macros, etc.)
* Vous avez des connaissances en SQL (requêtes simples et complexes, manipulation de données)
* Vous êtes flexible, avez l'esprit d'initiative, êtes autonome et organisé
