As an Online Traffic Manager, your mission is to increase traffic and sales on Orange's e-shop.

Manage traffic channels

You take ownership of a set of Online marketing activities, making optimal use of each one to generate qualitative traffic.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Search Engine Advertising (SEA)
  • Programmatic and display advertising
  • Paid social
  • Partnerships
You focus both on short-term sales results and longer-term initiatives.

You define the yearly roadmap for your set of marketing activities. You propose the budget/timing of campaigns in accordance with the marketing and online sales timeline.

You ensure launch, operational follow-up and day-to-day optimization of all online marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor Performance and Improve Conversion Rate (CRO)
You monitor and analyze incoming traffic on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and propose the necessary actions to optimize it in order to reach the sales objective.

You are the main point of contact for all traffic related metrics and reports

You run A/B tests on the website (content and/or features) in an effort to constantly optimize conversion rate

You keep in touch with the latest evolutions on the marketplace, and recommend initiatives that could have a positive impact on online sales
  • Stakeholder management
Internal Alignment – you closely collaborate with the communication and marketing teams on campaigns and content

External Alignment – you drive the digital agency, from the brief (giving context and setting KPIs) to implementation, followed by day-to-day monitoring and learnings

Profil recherché


You have :

Knowledge in online traffic channels

Proficiency in online traffic-related tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Crazy Egg, etc.)

A Bachelor's or Master's degree

2 to 4 years of marketing / sales experience. A previous experience as a Traffic Manager is a must.

Analytical skills and a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

A previous experience driving an agency is a plus

Your profile:
