Arendt Investor Services, a division of Arendt & Medernach, the largest law firm in Luxembourg, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager - Fund Administration to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of clients in compliance with Luxembourg laws and fund regulations;
- Organizing board meetings and ensuring accurate documentation for board members;
- Reviewing detailed board meeting minutes of regulated funds and ManCos;
- Reviewing legal documentation critically;
- Monitoring budgets and profitability of clients;
- Providing high-quality services and guidance on corporate proceedings.
Requirements:
- Graduate in business administration, economics, law, or finance;
- 6 to 9 years of experience in a governance environment with regulated funds;
- Knowledge of Luxembourg fund industry;
- Fluency in French and English;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to find solutions to complex issues.
