Our team of Regulatory Intelligence & Services (RIS) merges extensive industry expertise with technical proficiency in the investment fund sector to proactively deliver innovative compliance and regulatory solutions to our clients.
We address various facets of regulatory compliance and address client inquiries on subjects such as:
- Investment Compliance: assessing asset eligibility, categorization, and related investment restrictions as per Luxembourg law. Offering assistance to Management Companies regarding Investment Compliance inquiries and industry norms.
- Marketing Compliance: evaluating marketing materials to support fund promotion activities and ensuring compliance with relevant EU and local regulations.
- Business Compliance: reviewing adherence to laws and regulations pertinent to management companies, administrators, distributors, and fund managers.
- Assisting in the global distribution of funds (identifying, interpreting, and overseeing regulations for global fund marketing).
- Building a solid understanding of European and local regulations and challenges concerning investment compliance for funds (UCITS and AIFs).
- Assisting clients with inquiries related to Investment Compliance requirements.
- Providing guidance to clients on the implications of regulatory changes on their operations.
- Contributing to the continuous enhancement and maintenance of the department's regulatory database.
- Supporting projects and coordinating client support.
- Fostering strong relationships with current clients and establishing new connections with asset managers.
- Possess a Master's degree in law, economics, or business administration.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of EU regulations on investment funds and the Asset Management sector.
- Previous experience of minimum 2 years in the investment Compliance fund sector is beneficial.
- Team player with the ability to also work independently.
- Flexible with the capacity to handle tight deadlines.
- Experience in managing projects related to regulatory changes.
- Display excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in English – proficiency in another European language is advantageous.
