  • As a future Junior Compliance Officer VIE, you will report to the Local Head of Compliance Luxembourg.

  • Your role and responsibilities:
  • Support the compliance function
  • Review policy documents
  • Remain up to date with all regulatory developments and assess the implications for the business
  • Review legal documentation
  • Take over some of the tasks within the Compliance monitoring plan
  • Prepare the required compliance reporting requirements and support with compliance breaches.

Your Profile
SHARE your unique expertise

  • We welcome different combinations of skills & experiences.
  • Your qualifications and experience
  • Law, Accounting, Finance or Business
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel required. Ability to build macros on Microsoft Excel spreadsheets would be advantageous.
  • 1 year relevant experience, preferably gained in an asset management or equivalent environment would be advantageous.
Your knowledges and skills- Confident written and verbal communication skills

  • Languages required
  • Fluent English.
  • Keen interest in a career in Compliance, regulations and Investment Management activities,
  • High attention to detail,
  • Excellent timekeeping/organisational skills to meet deadlines,
  • Not afraid to ask questions.
  • The drive to effect change and develop relationships with relevant key contacts in the organisation
