Head of Accounting – Fiduciaire Prestigieuse à Hamilius, 150k

Nous vous offrons aujourd'hui la possibilité de rejoindre une fiduciaire de renom, idéalement localisée au centre-ville. Cette structure composée d'une quarantaine d'employés au total, et d'une vingtaine au Luxembourg, cherche un Head Of Accounting pour prendre en charge une équipe comptable et chapeauter le département finance.

Cette société a été fondée il y a une dizaine d'années et est présente dans l'accompagnement de clients privés, ainsi que de structures telles que des SOPARFIs, Holdings, PE/RE et SPF. L'approche de la fiduciaire est assez différente dans le sens où elle peut accompagner les clients de A à Z, sur le volet fiscal, comptable et même légal de leur activité.

Cette société propose également des services similaires aux services d'un Family Office, et promet une haute confidentialité à ses clients dans ses prestations. La méthodologie de travail est très peu orientée dans une méthode de micro management, ce qui permet d'avoir une excellente ambiance en interne des magnifiques bureaux de cette fiduciaire.

Vos responsabilités | Fiduciaire – Family Office – Comptabilité

  • Vous supervisez une équipe composée de 5 comptables (Senior et Junior). Vous leur offrez des formations, des conseils, et êtes au plus proche d'eux afin de les accompagner dans la gestion des clients.
  • Vous êtes responsable de la gestion de la comptabilité interne du groupe, et préparez également des reportings que vous transmettez à la maison mère.
  • Vous revoyez le travail de vos comptables, notamment les comptes annuels et les déclarations fiscales qu'ils préparent. Vous devez aussi préparer ces documents lorsqu'ils sont par exemple en congé ou malades.
  • Vous gérez les contacts avec les clients afin de proposer un service personnalisé et un accompagnement optimal.

Profil et parcours | Fiscalité – Finance – Chef Comptable

  • Vous avez au moins 10 années d'expérience en comptabilité et en fiscalité au sein d'une fiduciaire, d'un Trust, ou d'un Big Four au Luxembourg.
  • Vous pratiquez couramment le français et l'anglais.
  • Vous avez de l'expérience dans la supervision d'une équipe, et êtes une personne pédagogue et organisée.
  • Vous avez l'habitude d'être en contact avec des clients prestigieux et privés, qui demandent des services spécifiques, et savez donc comment agir avec ce type de clients.
  • Vous êtes respectez toujours les deadlines et organisez le travail de votre équipe afin de ne pas travailler dans le stress et la pression.
  • Vous avez l'habitude de proposer de nouvelles idées et organisations afin d'améliorer les processus en interne, et de participer activement à l'amélioration des choses chez votre employeur.
