Senior Associate Corporate – Law Firm of 40 People
Located in the heart of the city center of Luxembourg, this medium-sized law firm will suit you thanks to the perfect location near all commodities such as restaurants, shops, public transportation, and so on. You will enjoy a perfect location if you like to spend your lunch breaks with colleagues or friends at the restaurant, or to do some groceries.

You will integrate a human-sized structure of more than 30 colleagues that will have their hearts set on offering you the best integration possible to clients files as well as the team which will contribute to the supportive and friendly workplace for an excellent collaboration in the long term perspective.
Therefore, you will have the chance to benefit from open communication with your colleagues from other departments such as in Corporate/M&A, Banking and Finance, Tax and Investment Fund law, which will contribute to a certain knowledge sharing that will keep you learning new skills and competencies for your personal work satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities | Senior Associate Corporate – Corporate – Law Firm – Legal – M&A
- As Senior Associate Corporate, you will assist with mergers and acquisitions, refinancing transactions and draft all necessary corporate documentation related to these. Your portfolio of clients will be composed of Private Equity and Real Estate entities.
- Additionally, you will have the opportunity to act as a point of reference for junior associates should they have questions.
- You will also be responsible for legal monitoring and sharing relevant updates to colleagues to keep them aware of new regulations and applicable laws.
Profile and Career Path | Senior Associate Corporate – Corporate – Law Firm – Legal – M&A
- You have at least 4 years of experience in Luxembourg ( in a law firm) in Corporate Law/M&A.
- Furthermore, you are fluent in English, written and spoken, which will enable you to handle your files independently and to communicate with your future colleagues from different countries without any issue. Any other language will be considered as an asset.
- For this position, you should hold a Master's degree in Law and have obtained your CCDL in Luxembourg.
- Well-organized and with an eye for detail, you will easily fit into the healthy corporate culture and become a key member of the firm.
