Job Description

En tant que Compliance Advisor Senior Private Banking, vous aurez les responsabilités clés suivantes :

Veiller aux évolutions législatives pertinentes et analyser les nouvelles réglementations.Identifier les risques de non-conformité et rédiger les politiques associées.Évaluer l'efficacité des contrôles et gérer les risques de conformité.Surveiller la mise en œuvre des procédures liées à la MiFID.Rédiger des mémos de suivi de la conformité et concevoir de nouveaux contrôles.Revoir les accords contractuels et fournir des conseils internes.Gérer le système de Surveillance des Abus de Marché et les rapports associés.Participer aux projets de mise en œuvre des développements réglementaires.Fournir des recommandations pour les actions correctives et établir des liens avec des parties externes.Faciliter la sensibilisation et la formation à la conformité.

The Successful Applicant

Votre profil en tant que Compliance Advisor Senior Private Banking :

Diplôme universitaire en gestion d'entreprise, droit ou équivalent.Au moins 8 ans d'expérience en conformité réglementaire, idéalement dans une banque ou un cabinet de conseil/audit, avec expertise en MiFID et Abus de Marché. Connaissance pratique des lois et réglementations financières luxembourgeoises.Excellente communication en anglais et français, autres langues sont un plus.Mé, organisé.e, analytique, , intègre.Axé.e sur les résultatsCapacité à trouver des solutions et à s'adapterOuverture au développement personnel What's on Offer
