Job description :

As a Fund Accountant, you will play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations for a portfolio of client entities. Your main duties will include:

  • Handling general accounting tasks and maintaining accurate financial records

  • Performing in-depth reviews of cash accounting and monthly/quarterly accruals

  • Preparing account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies efficiently

  • Drafting interim and annual financial statements in line with applicable standards

  • Monitoring bank reconciliations and investigating any unmatched items

  • Ensuring timely delivery of financial reports and supporting audits

  • Collaborating with external stakeholders (auditors, legal advisors) in a professional manner

  • Supporting team members while managing your own workload autonomously

Profile :

You are someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes initiative, and enjoys working as part of a team. We're looking for someone who brings:

  • A solid academic background in accounting, finance or economics

  • Progress towards a professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is a strong plus

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in fund accounting or a similar role

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach

  • The ability to manage responsibilities independently, with a sharp eye for detail

  • Fluency in English, and any additional language is an asset (German, French, etc.)
