Your mission :As the Head of Telecom Wholesale department, your key Responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow wholesale revenue through mobile, voice, SMS, data, connectivity, and IP services.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with international and domestic carriers, ISPs, MVNOs, and other wholesale partners.
- Negotiate commercial agreements including rates, pricing, and contractual terms.
- Elaborate commercial offers and manage respective P&Ls.
- Ensure the company meets wholesale sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient implementation and resolution of operational matters.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Participate in industry events and forums to enhance the company's profile and foster strategic partnerships.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom wholesale, carrier relations, or international voice/data trading.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple partnerships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; French is highly desirable. Additional languages are considered a strong advantage.
