Responsabilités principales :
- Opérations de Sécurité (SecOps) : Implémenter et gérer des mesures de sécurité à travers les opérations IT, garantissant une protection complète contre les menaces et les vulnérabilités.
- Résilience et Continuité d'Activité : Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour assurer la résilience des systèmes et la continuité des opérations en cas de perturbations.
- Gestion des Identités et des Accès (IAM) : Gérer et optimiser les systèmes IAM pour garantir des contrôles d'accès sécurisés et efficaces à travers l'organisation.
- Environnements de Production et de Test : Superviser la sécurité et l'intégrité des environnements de production et de test, assurant un déploiement et des tests d'applications sans faille.
- Réponse aux Incidents : Surveiller, détecter et répondre aux incidents de sécurité de manière rapide et efficace.
- Collaboration : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement, d'opérations et de sécurité pour intégrer la sécurité dans le cycle de développement.
- Automatisation : Utiliser des outils d'automatisation pour améliorer la surveillance de la sécurité, la réponse aux incidents et la génération de rapports de conformité.
- Conformité : Assurer l'adhérence aux exigences réglementaires et aux normes de l'industrie.
- Diplôme en informatique, sécurité de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience avérée en SecOps, résilience, continuité d'activité, IAM et gestion des environnements de production et de test.
- Connaissance approfondie des principes de sécurité, des cadres et des meilleures pratiques.
- Expérience avec les outils et technologies de sécurité (SIEM, pare-feu, systèmes de détection/prévention d'intrusion, etc.).
- Familiarité avec les outils d'automatisation et les langages de script.
- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à travailler sous pression.
- Solides compétences en communication et collaboration.
- Connaissance du secteur bancaire est requise.
- Maîtrise obligatoire du français et de l'anglais.
- Les certifications pertinentes (CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.) sont un plus.
