Vos principales responsabilités
- Superviser les systèmes, via les consoles de Monitoring, analyser les alertes système et les alertes de sécurité (SOC) ou opérationnelle et résolution de 1er niveau
- Identifier et diagnostiquer les Incidents (connaissance des procédures d'astreinte et escalade )
- Prendre en charge des requêtes Clients et assurer une communication adéquate
- Respecter les engagements signés avec nos clients (SLA) et prioriser les différentes demandes en conséquence
- Créer et mettre à jour la base de documentations et procédures en rapport aux environnements clients et outils d'administration
- Accepter les tâches de Service Desk en dehors des horaires de travail (réception d'appels, suivi de tickets, coordonner des astreintes)
- Vous avez une première expérience significative dans un poste similaire
- Diplôme : BAC +2
- Vous parlez Français et Anglais. L'Allemand et/ou le Luxembourgeois seront des gros plus.
- Technical skills :
- Bonnes connaissances dans les télécommunications, réseaux, informatique et sécurité
- Méthodologie ITIL
- Soft skills :
- Aimer le contact client et disposer d'un bon sens des responsabilités, combinée avec une aisance de communication orale et écrite
- Avoir un bon esprit d'équipe, mais aussi d'initiative et d'autonomie
- Flexibilité et souplesse compte tenu des shifts tournants à assurer
