Your mission
Are you passionate about mobile technologies, and delivering secure, high-quality applications?
Join our innovative digital team and help to lead the development of cross-platform mobile solutions that support business transformation and enhance user experience. You will take a strategic and supervisory role in mobile application development, guiding the process from architecture to deployment, with a strong focus on security, CI/CD, and code quality.
As a Lead Mobile App Developer, you will:
- Lead, code and oversee the development of mobile applications using e.g. state of the art mobile development platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Providing 2nd level support for bug fixes and implement changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product owners to define app features and user experience.
- Running the deployment pipeline using e.g. Codemagic, managing build automation, app signing, and release processes for Android and iOS platforms.
- Ensure the app meets high security standards, including data protection, secure coding practices, and vulnerability mitigation.
- Act as a strategic advisor on technology and architecture choices relating to mobile apps.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in mobile app development and cybersecurity.
Your profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in Flutter application development, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Deep understanding of mobile CI/CD pipelines and automation tools e.g. CodeMagic and corresponding processes.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices, OWASP mobile top 10, and best practices for securing mobile apps.
- Strong proficiency and experience integrating with REST APIs and third-party SDKs.
- Excellent problem-solving, product management, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
