This role presents an exciting challenge for experienced professionals seeking to drive innovation in mobile application development. As a Lead Mobile App Developer, you will be responsible for guiding the process from architecture to deployment, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of high-quality applications.
Key responsibilities include leading the development team, overseeing coding processes, providing 2nd level support, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing deployment pipelines using Codemagic. Additionally, you will ensure that applications meet high security standards, including data protection, secure coding practices, and vulnerability mitigation.
To succeed in this position, you will require a deep understanding of mobile CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and secure coding practices. Strong proficiency in integrating with REST APIs and third-party SDKs is also essential. Excellent problem-solving, product management, and communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with designers, backend developers, and product owners.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role in Flutter application development. Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of French or German being an asset.
