This is a fixed-term contract maternity Cover.

Collect, organise and control the punctuality data of all Cargolux schedule and charter flights.
By completing the following tasks on a daily basis:

  • Review of LUX & Network daily departures in AIMS and control that correct delay codes are applied
  • Update LUX On time performance recording file
  • Monitor departure delays throughout the Network, coordinate with outstations that delay reports are posted and received and update AIMS if required
  • Monitor Arrival delays throughout the Network and update AIMS if required
  • Update the Night Extension request file in case of night movement requests.
- compile and distribute a daily OTP report

By completing the following tasks on a weekly basis:

  • Preparation of the Daily and Weekly OTP Report
  • Preparation of the Excom Punctuality report
  • Preparation of the Weekly Punctuality and LUX Postholders report
  • Review of Flight delay reports from Outstations and include information into the daily / weekl Special events Report
  • Station LUX, coordination with Luxair and all the other turnaround players the post holding of the delays.
  • Compile OTP related reports with SAP Analytics
  • Gather CV night movement data and coordinate data alignment with Airport Authorities
By assisting the following tasks on a monthly basis:

  • A monthly report on night movements must be prepared for Ops Cost Control and Decision Support
By assisting the following tasks on a quarterly basis:

  • Preparation and publishing of the Network punctuality quarterly report.
  • Forwarding to respective Area Managers station performance figures for local analyse to be posted on the report
  • Coordinate and provide CV Night Movements data to the Ministry of Transports and update files accordingly

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
Affiliation, interest or experience in Avaiation in general is an advantage, flight Operations specifically is a plus.
Be proficient Office Software programms, Excel in detail. SAP / SAC not essentiel but is considered an advantage.
Proficient in English, written and spoken
Good people skills

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Same as CWA staff - normal office hours / flextime / homeoffice / initially no travel.
