**Beschreibung**:
Das grenzüberschreitende Kooperationsprogramm Interreg Großregion wurde von elf Programmpartnern aus den vier Mitgliedsstaaten entwickelt, die an der großregionalen Zusammenarbeit teilnehmen. Ziel des Programms ist eine Intensivierung der grenzüberschreitenden Zusammenarbeit zwischen öffentlichen und privaten Akteuren, die diesseits und jenseits der Grenzen der Großregion angesiedelt sind. Des Weiteren soll der Einfluss der Grenzen abgemildert werden in dem eine grünere, sozialere, bürgernähere Großregion mit einer besseren Governance der Zusammenarbeit geschaffen wird.

Als Verwaltungsbehörde und für die administrative Umsetzung des Programms verantwortliche Stelle wurde ein Europäischer Verbund für territoriale Zusammenarbeit (EVTZ) nach Luxemburgischem Recht benannt. Dessen Mitglieder sind die Région Grand Est und das Ministerium für Energie und Raumentwicklung des Großherzogtums Luxemburg. In diesem Zusammenhang ist die Verwaltungsbehörde für das Gemeinsame Sekretariat des Programms verantwortlich, dessen Büros sich im Haus der Großregion in Esch-sur-Alzette befinden. Das Team der Verwaltungsbehörde und des Gemeinsamen Sekretariats ist mehrsprachig, interkulturell und setzt sich aus rund zwölf Personen zusammen, die verschiedenen Nationalitäten angehören.

Der (Die) Informatikreferent(-in) verwaltet die IT-Infrastruktur des Gemeinsamen Sekretariats das insgesamt 16 Arbeitsplätze zählt. Diese Aufgabe wird in enger Abstimmung mit dem "Centre des technologies de l'information de l'Etat" des luxemburgischen Staats (CTIE) durchgeführt, das die Server des Sekretariats hostet. Des Weiteren ist der (die) Informatikreferent(-in), in Zusammenarbeit mit der Referentin "Verwaltung Synergie-CTE", für das IT-Verwaltungssystem des Programms genannt Jems verantwortlich. Des Weiteren ist der (die) Informatikreferent(in) für die technische Verwaltung der Internetseite und des Intranets des Programms verantwortlich.

Im Rahmen dieser Aufgaben wird der (die) Informatikreferent(-in) gelegentlich Reisen in die Großregion und innerhalb Europas unternehmen müssen.

**Aufgaben**:
**IT-Verwaltungssystem Jems**
- Installierung und Verwaltung der Software und gegebenenfalls Anpassung auf den
- spezifischen Kontext des Programms Interreg Großregion;
- Instandhaltung der Server;
- Unterstützung der internen und externen Nutzer;
- Schulung und Hilfestellung der internen und externen Nutzer;
- Bedarfsanalyse künftiger Anpassungen des IT-Verwaltungssystem und ggf.
- Entwicklung neuer Funktionen;
- Mitarbeit an der Ausarbeitung und Verbesserung der Software zusammen mit dem Entwickler und der Nutzergruppe.

**IT-Verwaltungssystem Synergie-CTE (bis 2025)**
- Unterstützung der internen und externen Nutzer;
- Verwaltung der Zugangsrechte der Anwendung;
- Teilnahme an den Sitzungen der Nutzergruppe der Anwendung;
- Verbindung zu anderen Verwaltungsmodulen wie SIFA und ARACHNE sicherstellen;

**Verwaltung der informatischen Infrastruktur des Gemeinsamen Sekretariats**
- Einrichtung und Konfiguration der Desktop-Computer und Office-Programme;
- Konfiguration und Verwaltung von Bürogeräten ;
- Unterstützung und Hilfestellung für die internen Nutzer;
- Verwaltung des Systems zur Arbeitszeiterfassung.

**Internetseite und Intranet des Programms Interreg Großregion**
- Aktualisierung der Internetseite auf technischer Ebene;
- Entwicklung und Verwaltung des Intranets der Seite, Verwaltung der Zugangsrechte
- und Hilfestellung.

**Wahrnehmung der Aufgabe des Datenschutzbeauftragten des Programms.**

**Qualifikationen / Auswahlkriterien**:

- Fachabitur oder Bachelor im Bereich Informatik;
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in: Windows 10/11, MS Office, Windows Exchange Server, Active Directory, Web-Technologien, relationale Datenbanken, Kotlin, PHP7/8, Linux (Installierung und Instandhaltung)
- CMS : Wordpress, Joomla
- Grundkenntnisse im elektronischen Dokumentenmanagement-System (eDMS)
- Grundkenntnisse im Bereich der informatischen Sicherheit
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der französischen und deutschen Sprache, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich. Englische Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil;
- Analytische Fähigkeiten;
- Fähigkeit in einem mehrsprachigen und interkulturellen Team zu arbeiten;
- Eigeninitiative zeigen;
- Fähigkeit zu vorausschauendem Handeln, zum Vorschlagen und Umsetzen von Lösungen;
- Offenheit und Sensibilität für interkulturelle Herausforderungen;
- Fähigkeit, verschiedene Aufgaben parallel und innerhalb eines Zeitlimits auszuführen.

**Erfahrungen**:

- Im Idealfall 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von IT- Infrastrukturen;
- Im Idealfall Arbeitserfahrung in einem internationalen Umfeld oder in Institutionen
- verschiedener Nationalitäten.
