Regulatory Reporting Specialist:
Your field of responsibility
Join us for a challenging and key role within Tax & Regulatory Competence Center as part of the Operational Services of Credit Suisse in Luxembourg.
In your new role, you will ensure the daily coverage and management of complex European and Local Regulatory Reporting topics.
Your main activity will be to prepare and verify recurring regulatory reports (SBS Resident/Non Resident; FGDL; BOP; CDDP; ) but also participate actively in processes related to trade reporting (MIFIR, EMIR, CSDR).
You will monitor outsourced activities linked to the provision of the reporting to Trade Repository, controlling quality and completion of the reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, producing KPIs and you will also participate with the Projects team and IT developers to the establishment of new Regulatory Reporting features required by the Regulator and to establish relevant documentation relative to the processes.
This function is a great opportunity to partner and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, in Luxembourg and foreign countries, and to develop and establish a personal and professional network.

Your skills and experience
We are seeking an experienced professional who can demonstrate the following:
- A university or equivalent degree in Economics / Finance / Banking or any related field
- At least 4 years work experience in banking/financial services industry or relevant sector out of which a significant work experience in Regulatory Reporting is necessary; background of ESMA regulations being an advantage.
- Experience in a Back-Office or Operations department in a Bank is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French and/or German will be considered an asset).
- Ability to work autonomously and to actively participate to projects, with good time management skills and precision to delivery
- High level of flexibility and selfinitiative with an appetite for risk management
- Dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and cando attitude
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
