Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste fulltime **Junior Planner-Dispatcher**. In deze functie ben je het aanspreekpunt van onze engineers in het land en geeft ondersteuning bij vragen en het oplossen van problemen. Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze administratieve verwerking van alles werkbonnen en projecten, het juist inrichten van de deze en het optimaal plannen en inzetten van het veld om een optimale productiviteit de garanderen.
Solutions30 is een sterk groeiend bedrijf waarin de Junior Planner Dispatcher veel te maken krijgt met de hectiek die hier bij hoort. Het is dus belangrijks dat je stressbestendig bent.
Je taken zullen zijn:
- Overleg met Management ten behoeve van de Field Engineers;
- Mede verantwoordelijk voor de werkbonnen en de planning van Field Engineers
- Mede verantwoordelijk voor de operationele aansturing van de Field Engineers
- Een scherpe blik hebben als het gaat om het leveren van kwaliteit.
- Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse taakverdeling, aansturing engineers;
- Administratieve zaken zoals het beoordelen van onsite afmeldingen van monteurs;
- Het creëren en behouden van een gezonde samenwerking tussen klant en uitvoerende;
- Verbetering van de huidige projecten in samenspraak met de betrokken partijen;
- Opzetten van nieuwe procedures;
- Kwaliteiten bewaken en verbeteren van de gemaakte doelstellingen
(klantgerichtheid, gespreksvaardigheid, incidentenafhandeling etc.);
- Mede verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van projecten vanuit en ten behoeve van de organisatie.

- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (spreek je ook nog Frans, is dat een mooie toevoeging
