What you will mostly focus on:
- Perform check-in/out reports (snag lists) for our properties according to business standards
- Conduct on the spot repairs to properties after a checkin/out report and during guest stay
- Assist the Operations team with furnishing new units, including layouts, creating snag lists, photoshoot styling and ensuring the apartment is guestready
- Transport inventory items from our warehouse to properties
- Supervise handyman while working on resolving an emergency in our apartments (locksmith, plumber, etc.)
- Assist with data entry and general administration tasks
- Manage viewings at Blueground properties for prospective clients or partners
- Perform messenger related duties such as collecting paperwork, delivering items, receiving mail
What we are looking for:
- Willingness to get their hands dirty as needed to achieve operational excellence
- Can do domestic repairs and troubleshooting including basic plumbing knowledge
- Problem solver, with the ability to work in a fastpaced and "get the job done" culture
- Hardworking with good attention to detail
- Fluent in English and French or German
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, flexible and adaptable in nature
- A positive, confident, upbeat, and friendly personality
- Comfortable working on the field and on your feet visiting multiple locations each day
