Your team:

- Formal & Tax team plays a central role in the Bank's operations and handles thefollowing tasks:
- Ensuring document and data completion on accounts openings of the Bank's clients (European branches).
- Carrying out formal checks and 4
- eyes controls of various documents and forms.
- Analyzing and challenging the Tax status of the client (FATCA / QI / CRS)
- Handling all Changes in Circumstances having a structural or tax impact
Your role:
- Managing change in circumstances from a Tax point of view and updating the relevant databases.
- Providing the static data for CRS / FATCA reporting and assuring a flawless data quality.
- Validating tax documents (FATCA / CRS) and updating the systems accordingly.
- Presenting files in front of the Tax Review Committee
- Performing quality controls on account openings (4eyes).
- Contribute to the digitalisation of the Client Register and assisting archiving of documents.
- Keeping abreast of changes in Luxembourg and EU legislation on client data protection, in particular byattending training sessions organized by the Bank.
- Drawing up and updating procedures relating to Client Register activities.
Your profile:
- Good analytical and synthesis skills
- Leadership
- Rigorous and methodical
- Legal or tax knowledge: good working knowledge of FATCA, CRS and other regulations affecting clientdata.
- Language skills:
- French,
- German,
- Excellent command of English,
- Spanish and/or Italian would be a plus
