On a permanent basis we are looking for one experienced colleague to support our Operations department - Corporate action and income team in the following tasks:

YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Processing of incoming dividend / coupon payments / redemptions / distributions
  • Processing of Traspaso transactions (Spanish mutual funds)
  • Processing of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions
  • Preparing and providing of corporate action related information received from our custodians for our relationship managers
  • Ensure the processing of customer instructions and queries in relation to all activities covered by "corporate actions and income" aiming to provide adequate and sustainable solutions keeping a strong client focus approach.
  • Contact person for our Front Office colleagues for all kind of requests regarding corporate actions and income.
  • Contribute to the improvement and evolution of our IT systems

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed banking apprenticeship and strong relevant working experience in the banking sector
  • Experience in T24 will be considered as an advantage
  • Detail oriented and readiness of mind, client focus oriented
  • Have good analytical skills with an ability to identify problems and develop solutions
  • Highly organized with the ability to operate effectively to tight deadlines
  • Have the capacity to prioritize in a multitask/multi deadline environment
  • Good English skills, German and other languages are beneficial
