About the Role:

For our Ferrero Head Quarters in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an
Execution Excellence Manager who will be in charge of
providing strategic leadership and cross-category guidance to enhance the executional excellence capabilities of the Group, reporting to the Category Management & Execution Excellence Manager

Main Responsibilities:

Channel Portfolio Strategy

  • Responsible for global channel portfolio development and maintenance
  • Define the Group channel portfolio strategy & drive its deployment (key focus on 3 disruptive channels
  • Club, Discounter, Pureplay)
  • Lead the SBD contribution towards the Group's portfolio governance provide the commercial feedback on packaging types portfolio briefs based on commercial success factors and KPIs
  • In collaboration with the Global Category Management team and Central Marketing, input and ensure a channel centric portfolio since day 1 for the core Group innovation
  • Accountable for maintenance of Global digital product catalogue with focus on CU/TU portfolio channel architecture
  • Operate cross functionally with Central Marketing, Finance and Operations to guarantee the appropriate focus on attention on channel portfolio requirements
  • Develop close collaboration with local Business Units (i.e., Trade Marketing) to build complete market perspective

Point of Sale Management

  • Lead POSM harmonization activities at Group level developing programs by area (Europe, International, NAM), with the objectives of cost optimization and scalability
  • Partner with the Central Packaging Department to identify possible opportunities of optimization/harmonization for the existing POS material solutions
  • Map existing POSM projects, collating technical assets (i.e., drawings, renders) and sharing best practices towards the Global Trade Marketing community
  • Develop, launch, and maintain global POSM catalogue (and supporting governance)
  • Operate cross functionally with: Global Packaging Department, Procurement, Central Finance, IT, Area Management, Organization & Improvement

Sustainability to Trade:

  • Ensure a strong sustainability focus towards the commercial organization and consistent sustainability approach towards the trade
  • Cocreate sustainability to trade strategic development
  • Continuously improve quality of tools & materials available to local teams to engage the trade on sustainability topics
  • Prepare and chair recurring Sustainability to Trade Steering Committee with Executive Board members
  • Prepare and deliver content to enable commercial community engagement (23 times per year)
  • Perform ongoing sustainability to trade governance duties
  • Maintain strong and close relations with senior stakeholders from Global Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability, Institutional Affairs & Corporate Communications, Brand Social Responsibility

My Perfect Store (MyPS)

  • Define and deploy a standardized My Perfect Store KPI dashboard, in collaboration with SBD Revenue & Trade Management to ensure MyPS technology fully captures key execution excellence KPIs by category
  • Develop global MyPS reporting to generate insights and identify opportunities for category development inputting the category management team

Shopper Knowledge:

  • Upskilling the Group's shopper knowledge capabilities, through:
  • Developing and steering the global shopper knowledge plan
  • Identifying, aligning & deploying the shopper knowledge priorities, in conjunction with International Trade Marketing Boards and Consumer & Shopper Understanding Department (CSU)
  • Coordinate with CSU the deployment of international shopper studies, driving crossfertilization of shopper studies across local markets
