Nous travaillons actuellement avec une PSF luxembourgeois qui est en recherche de leur futur Legal Manager pour venir compléter leur rang dans une optique de développement de leurs activités.
Notre partenaire propose à sa fidèle et prestigieuse clientèle une ligne de services complète : de la comptabilité en passant par la fiscalité sans oublier le juridique (Corporate et compliance), vous aurez ainsi l'occasion d'échanger avec de nombreux profils en interne vous garantissant des conversations humainement et professionnellement intéressantes.
En rejoignant cette structure, vous allez bénéficier d'un cadre de travail digitalisé étant donné que pour le management il est essentiel de fournir les meilleurs outils à leurs collaborateurs pour leur permettre de se concentrer leur énergie et temps sur les tâches essentielles de leurs missions.
Vous évoluerez au sein de bureaux modernes et lumineux basés à Gasperich proche des axes autoroutiers et autres solutions de transports (gare, bus et prochainement tramways), pour vous soulager dans votre organisation quotidienne, facilitée également par la souplesse des horaires de travail proposée par cette PSF.
Vos responsabilités | Legal - Corporate - PFS - Legal Manager - Juridique
En tant que Legal Manger, vous superviserez votre portefeuille de clients de la constitution à la liquidation en totale autonomie. Votre portefeuille sera composé de sociétés financières telles que des Soparfis, Holdings, PE/RE ou bien encore titrisation.
La rédaction de documentations légales dans la gestion administrative de votre clientèle fera partie de vos responsabilités. Ainsi, l'écriture des contrats achat/ventes, les variations de capital, les pactes d'actionnaires ou bien encore les documents transactionnels font partie intégrante de votre mission.
Vous serez en charge du contact avec les parties tierces telles que les clients, les notaires et les administrations compétentes luxembourgeoises.
Profil et parcours | Legal - Corporate - PFS - Legal Manager - Juridique
Vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins deux ans au Luxembourg en qualité d'avocats au Luxembourg ou bien dans un poste similaire au sein de cabinets d'avocats, PFS, ManCos ou bien Fiduciaire.
Vous maitrisez les langues françaises et anglaises parfaitement (écrit, lu, parlé), vous permettant une intégration aisée au sein des équipes en place.
Vous vous décrivez comme autonome dans vos responsabilités et êtes à la recherche de votre nouveau challenge professionnel.

Chaque effort et investissements fournis seront reconnus par cette PFS pour qui il est primordial de fournir une approche méritocratique au sein de leurs bureaux.
Une rémunération attractive pouvant atteindre € brut par an ainsi qu'un généreux bonus discrétionnaire pourra vous être offerts (en fonction de votre expérience et de vos performances).
